As a UX Designer on this project, I conducted foundational research before initiating the sketching phase to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and the product. Armed with this information, I was able to structure the information architecture in an intuitive and user-friendly manner right from the low-fidelity design stage.
As the project progressed to the high-fidelity designs, I iterated based on feedback from users and stakeholders. The result is a complex mobile app that is, at the same time, easy to use and straightforward.
